Alliance Health at Maples is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Wrentham, Massachusetts, offering 144 beds with a range of care levels including custodial care, respite stays, and hospice services. The facility is currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation and is well-known for Maples Little Angels, an on-site childcare center serving children ages 8 weeks through 6 years old.
