Although Mom only lived at Coleman for 8 months, I can’t imagine how different her life and that of her family would have been without the excellent, loving care she received. Every member of the staff was professional and respectful of mom’s needs, but also so kind and caring. We were blessed to have Mom cared for at Coleman House.

This is a notice to entertainers/vendors who would like to perform. The activities department does not keep a proper track of bookings. On a recent performance, I was running late and called to let them know. A nurse told me that they were not expecting me-though I had confirmed the performance beforehand. She then said that the building was closed off to visitors due to a Covid outbreak. That is understandable, however, I should've been notified the day before or the morning of my performance. I was already more than half way there and had to turn around, wasting my gas and time. When I sent an invoice to the accounts payable, the manager said "we don't pay entertainers who don't perform". How about your pay your performers who waste their gas and time! I emailed the executive director, Patrick Blake, several times about this and he has ignored all. This is the hospitality you can expect here!

My mom has been living at Coleman House for a couple of years. I live two and a half hours from Northboro. I try to see my mom every 3 weeks. Walking into the facility and my mom's room is always a positive experience. My mom is clean, her room is clean, her belongings are clean and she is well cared for. It breaks my heart not to be with her more often. My heart is peaceful knowing the wonderful people who take care of her are the best! Thank you so much! Laurel Galkowski and family

My mother entered Coleman house in August 2020. She had been living with me and needed more care than I could give her. They have been so caring and helpful during her adjustment (and mine.) At times it was a challenge and they worked with me to ensure her best care. They kept me informed of her progress and were always willing to chat with me. We were able to simplify things and make connections with her doctors. I can’t recommend Coleman House enough. My mother is well cared for and the staff are well trained and know exactly what to do.
