My Dad has been with alliance for 6 weeks post hospital due to a heart attack. The staff is excellent. He had some medical event while there that required him to back to the hospital. The staff was very good caring for him. The place is clean cheery. I highly recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. I would NEVER recommend anyone over the age of 50 to go here. My 82 year old uncle was out here after a fall. Due to his Parkinson’s the progress was slow. But the staff were inattentive, irresponsible, and negligent. I had to remind the nurses to give him his Parkinson medication on time more than once. The PT/OT only took him for about 10-20min a day to move. He’d be left to sit in his wheelchair all day. No one checked on him. He left there and when we undressed him at home, he had an infection from his feet up to his knees. Something a nurse should have been aware of. I wouldnt recommend this place to any living soul.

I spent several weeks recovering from. Broken femur from a fall. All of the personnel is very helpful and supportive during my time there. The nursing , CNA , physical therapist, occupational therapist and other support staff are excellent. The care I received was outstanding… caring and helped me succeed. I would gladly recommend this facility to everyone who needs recoup care. Thank you to all for making a tough situation into a positive one.

My husband and I could not have been happier for all the care he received at Alliance. From the Administration, the nurses and all the staff. The kindness and compassion shown to us during this difficult was beyond anything we could have asked for. We have been at other facilities and none of them compare to the great care he received at Alliance. We are both so appreciative and could not have asked for better care.

My dad has been at Alliance for almost two weeks to receive physical therapy. We've met many people on the staff and we have liked every single person. The nurses, nursing assistants, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, nutrition services team, receptionists and housekeeping staff are kind, dedicated, and have very positive attitudes. Alliance of Braintree deserves 5 stars - it's a remarkable place.
