Sharing with you what I have seem at Alden Village in Bloomgdale with a valuable Activity Assistant. Her patience, attentiveness, and positive attitude created a warm and welcoming environment. Namara one of your Activity Assistants takes pride in her work and shows genuine concern for the well-being and happiness of those she served. I saw Namara willing to assist the residents, support team members, and ensure activities were meaningful, engaging and inclusive. Every holiday, what creative decorations she presented around Alden Village to sparkle my attention as I walked the grounds of Alden Village. Thank you Alden Village for her daily compassion, professionalism and commitment she created.

I really liked the decorations it's like a museum every wing has a different theme (Candy land, Ornaments, Santa hats) and I bet the mobile residents , family members and vistors will enjoy that the most! Very cool Christmas artwork.

Alden Village does a great job caring for developmentally disabled adults. My cousin lived there for four months before his passing. From nurses to DSPs to admin, everyone was very kind to him, attentive and proactive in caring for him. Communication with family was great too. Residents also have the opportunity to attend a great off-site day program.

Our loved one at Alden Village is treated very well. He is given excellent care, especially by nurse, Anna Marie. She is wonderful in communicating with us regarding any changes or updates to his care. The staff seem to really care about him as a person, not just a patient.
