Terrible customer service, had a loved one whom I POA for and there private pay yet they never returned my call after weeks of leaving voicemails great job Lorena and Amrita such negligence. Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache

Horrible experience, was visiting my grandpa for a Christmas party. Multiple patients screaming for help but nobody comes to help them. Also seems like they don't require people to wear masks during this super flu season. A staff member walked in on me going to the bathroom and never even knocked, and a patient asked if I was his wife, keep in mind I'm 17.

Our mom was a resident at Alden until her recent passing. It is never an easy decision to seek care for a loved one, but like many families, we needed to make this choice when mom's needs became too significant for home care. The team at Alden helped us through this difficult process, teaching us what we needed to know about long-term care. We are especially grateful for the leadership and care of Samuel Osunia and his team in the memory care unit. Our mom adored Sam. She lit up every time he walked into the room. It was easy to see why. Sam treated each resident with care and was responsive to their changing needs. Sam modeled patient-centered care for his team. Everyone on the team worked together to create a supportive environment for our mom including nurses, psychosocial staff, CNAs and building staff. They actively supported our mom's changing needs and collaborated with the hospice team when they were brought in.

Alden Long Grove es lo peor que yo conocí lleve ami esposa comiendo poquito puré tomando poquito líquido al mes de estar allí le dio neomonia y le empezaron a dar su comida solo por el Gtube le robaron su ropa de marca agarro muchos virus tuvo muchas llagas en sus gluteos muchas fiebres en siete meses que estuvo ahí la internaron en el hospital cinco veces cuando les dije que si ellos no estaban capacitados para tener a una persona con trakea que me dijera la terapista del habla no quiso ayudarla con muy poca experiencia trataba de moverla a otro lugar y ellos mandaban malas referencias para que ningún lugar la aceptara los doctores nunca daban la cara la administración pésima si en realidad quieren a su familiar no lo lleven a ese lugar estoy muy decepcionado lobre llevarme a mi esposa a otro lugar y mi esposa mejoró muchisimo ya está conmigo en la casa😡
