The scheduler does not get back ahold of you. I've called multiple times and left messages with your receptionist. This is why staffing is under because of lack of communication with the facility.

I had a friend in Alden. It is a nice facility, clean and well-maintained. It's hard seeing so many people needing to be institutionalized. My main concern was the quality of the food, and not enough physical or mental exercise. The staff is very nice and professional.

My brother had an extended stay there. They are nothing short of spectacular. The nursing staff is phenomenal. Admissions is great. Physical Therapy is great the CNA’s do a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend anyone who has a loved one that needs to be in this type of circumstance to give this place first choice because they are Five stars all the way around

I can’t say enough good things about Alden Northmoor. My Morher-in-law spent her last days there. The staff was very compassionate and caring and seemed to know what was needed before our family did. It’s been a couple of months now and we still talk about the outstanding care that was given to her and us!
