The facility is bright and cheerful. Residents seem happy and engaged. Lunch was good. The apartments are large. Didn't expect that.

My mother had a fall and tried to pull the assist cord and it did not work. When the facility was told about this they told her to “pull it a few times”. Unacceptable. I notified the Executive Director Sarah Dennis and she advised me she would put in a work order for the cord that day. 1 week later my mother fell and tried to pull the cord and it still did not work. No one came to address the concern. If my mom did not have her phone who knows what would have happened to her. Do not trust them with your loved ones. It’s clearly just a business to this establishment.

Since Shay and Paula have been here it seems like a whole new place and that we residents matter. We are able to talk to either one of them, and are asked if there is anything we need or they can do for us. It really is nice to be thought of.

A very lovely senior living setting. Beau was very welcoming and open to any and all questions. Apartments were spacious and up to date. Fresno Senior Living will be the place that I will trust to provide a safe living place for my mom.

The facility is beautiful, the people are super friendly, the menus are great. The only thing I didn’t like is the apartments are outdated and need upgrading with more modern stove, heating and cooling system and there was no room for my piano the way the room was configured. But if you don’t mind that, it’s the perfect place for safety, social life and care.
