I cant say enough good things about Advanced! The caregivers were compassionate and understanding of my unique needs. The caregivers helped me to practice my home PT, OT and SLP exercises and motivated me by commenting enthusiastically when I achieved a milestone in my stroke recovery process. I would highly recommend Advanced services to anyone searching for the best care for their loved ones.

Advanced has provided aides for my mother. The aides have been wonderful and we appreciate the effort to have consistency. We also appreciate the responsiveness to changes in the schedule. Finally the billing has been transparent and accurate.

My family struck gold when we found Advanced Nursing & Home Care to help my aging parents. The Advanced team has helped us navigate several new and difficult situations, offering a high level of consistency, quality, and professionalism that can be hard to find (we learned this only after working with two other agencies that were not the right fit). The overall care my parents have received has been top-notch, with skilled providers who have also been good humans (it takes a special kind of person to do this work-- this company seems to know how to find them). The CNA, who cared for my mother who suffered from dementia, worked 40 hours a week for several years. She was an angel. If it was her I was reviewing I would give 5 stars. However the agency, which collected a large portion of the $32/hour fee, was not what was expected. We were told a nurse would come to the house on a regular basis to check on mom and assess her needs. That rarely happened. The billing department was disorganized. Communication wasn't great. We were very fortunate to have gotten our CNA who had integrity, patience and selfless affection for mom. When she asks for a recommendation, it will be glowing.

I have been using the services of Advanced Nursing Home & Care for about a year with needs changing on occasion. I'm not sure how we would have gotten through this year without their help. The office has been easy to work with - as I needed additional caregivers getting additional personnel there quickly. We've had some exceptional caregivers and on the rare occasion that one wasn't a good fit - a quick phone call or email and the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need.
