Eric Lemaitre, PT and his rehabilitation staff do an amazing job. As a PT myself, I am very impressed and pleased with the program that Eric LeMaitre is able to offer. Eric is ADVANCED HEALTHCARE HOME SERVICES! EDIT: 01/30/2026. I spoke with my colleague Mr. Eric LeMaitre today and was SHOCKED to hear what has happened. I have known Eric both professionally and personally for more than 40+ years. I have always known Eric to be a man of integrity, of honesty and always with a laser focused desire to "help those help themselves and to do so with their needs above his own". It seems as though, by the hastiness of the agency's actions, the agency put THEIR NEEDS above those of Eric and his patients. I pray that I am never in the position that Eric found himself. I pray that MY integrity, my faith and loyalty would guide me to the decision to defend and prop up my good employee, despite how the referring provider may feel about the situation. Damn, I pray that this never happens to me or one of my employees. Quite an unfortunate scenario.

My mother recently underwent knee surgery and we were hesitant to seek therapy services but her discomfort was significant and we opted to seek assistance from Advanced Healthcare Home Health Services. This was a great decision. This company sent Mr. Eric Le Maitre PT and he far exceeded any expectation we could have had. He is knowledgeable, professional and empathetic to my mothers' pain and particular issue. He was very thorough and analyzed her particular case prior to starting therapy to provide the best treatment for her. It worked! my mother's pain subsided significantly and I attribute this to the great therapy Eric offered. Thank you!

My rating is for my Physical Therapist Eric Le Maitre, not for this agency. I am a female veteran recovering from knee replacement surgery. This is my first experience working with a PT. Eric is kind and compassionate and extremely patient. I feel like I was making great progress with his help. I am in the middle of my physical therapy and have been notified (not by the agency) that he can no provide therapy for me. I placed a call to the agency yesterday and have been waiting for a “call back” as per the manager. I’m extremely disappointed with this agency and I feel like they have placed their needs ahead of the recovery needs of Eric’s patients.

With 30+ years of experience as a NM and TX licensed Physical Therapist specializing in home health care, i want to as objectively as possible indicate that this agency has a few bad seeds in positions of power. Over the years i have personally referred dozens of clients to this agency for the quality physical therapy services they provide overall. Note that all the therapy is not "in house", it is contract labor. A case in point would be the contract labor I provide. I would ask the reader to note the reviews specifically citing the quality and compassion that my services have provided so many of their patients with whom they entrusted into my care. Sadly though, based on a single negative review of my services, they summarily terminated my contract with them despite pleas from my dear client caseload to note take me away from them. Years of accolades summarily dismissed with one negative review by a referring source, never by a patient. NOT a patient. No one in management came to my defense as a loyal and historically excellent coworker, but rather they summarily ended a 10 yr long relationship in the blink of an eye. They took no account of the financial impact their actions have on my family just in the basics of putting food on the table. It's a sad day for this universally respected and well reviewed worker. So if you are looking for an agency that puts the quality of service far behind the egos of those non clinicians on the top of the heap, then Advanced Home Care will not disappoint. Keep your eyes open for upcoming reviews from many of the patients removed from my care without notice and against their collective will. My faith in the kindness of people and the love of God will never be dampened by the pettiness of a few bad seeds. God is good.

Maybe this company was good a few years ago, NOT ANYMORE! We were supposed to be receiving therapy at least 3 times a week. It's been almost 2 weeks and they have shown only one time. The day they showed up stayed at the house for about 30 minutes, and said they would come back in 2 days and never returned. We had to call insurance so they don't pay them for the 30 mins. If the hospital/doctor assigns you this company, reject and look for a good one.
