Just started with this place for my brother in law, had the evaluation day before yesterday. Was suppose to hear from the nurse today to let me know what time they would be here tomorrow so I could be here and have my brother in law here at that time. I called at about 8;30 pm because I've not heard from anyone. Still didnt hear back, so called again after 10pm, now it is 10:45 and still haven't heard anything. This is unexceptable and unprofessional. 10:50, I just got a call from the administrator several county's away and she said she was very sorry, which I really appreciate her calling me back, and she said they have not been able to track down or get ahold of the nurse that was suppose to have followed thru and they are still trying to get ahold of her. Sounds to me like that nurse needs to be replaced, if she can not do her job or be contacted. Just saying, this is very frustrating.
