There’s really no words…. They send people with NO training…NO instructions… it’s important to have communication and follow through… little to none. Just this morning i had yet another issue. I’ve already canceled Fridays altogether.. I’m going to look for another care giving outfit. This is absurd.

Aging and long term care is way better . They have lazy caregivers at this agency who are not told the duties they are supposed to complete

This company has horrible communication, the caregivers use any excuse not to come out to small towns and a majority of them refuse to show up on time. Some of them aren't even trained and are extremely unprofessional. There's two in particular who steals things! Not helpful at all!

I highly recommend Addus HomeCare, the office staff has always treated me with respect and kindness, and I’ve been here for over 4 years. They consistently provide me with work when I need it, and I’ve never had issues with anyone in the office. It’s been a great experience working with them, and I truly appreciate their support

My neighbors caregiver was taken from her because they to "comfortable" with each other. My neighbor suffers from severe anxiety, and after 6ths months working together, they removed the only caregiver she has been able to improve with away! Please tell me how this is helpful to your clients! P.s. both are very upset about the company's decision!
