Stacy at the Decatur office is highly incompetent and struggles to do the bare minimum. She is rude to the clients and staff and her style of management is to bully everyone. Everyone in the office has to tiptoe around her because of her volatile attitude. She has had "numerous complaints" (direct quote from my union rep) and they aren't quite sure why she still works there. She will never take accountability and instead she lies about it and blames everyone else. I've even read several reviews that specifically calls her out and nothing is ever done about it!

Well, where do I start? This company is not about doing what is best for their clients. Stacy, who I believe is the manager of the Decatur branch, is absolutely horrible! Stacy set a schedule in the beginning. Then about week two, she changed the schedule that best meet our needs to something that met the needs of her employees. So we had to adjust our schedule around thie employee's schedule. We would not receive a call if the employee had to cancel for the day, and we were NEVER sent an employee replacement. Stacy does not return calls either. Stacy is the reason we are switching companies. Dealing with Stacy is beyond difficult. The reason of their services are to help assist the elderly and their needs, not to accommodate each employee. This company has it all wrong. I would not even give them a 1 star review if it were possible to give zero. Beware if you are choosing this company. They suck!

They continuously cancel visits for DCFS clients without any notice, or show up late. It is so disappointing for the parents and especially the children. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
