Access 360 HomeCare has been very beneficial to my family. The caregivers are so loving and my grandfather loves them. They all make my grandfather's life easier. When I can't be there because I'm at work I know I can trust Access 360. We absolutely love the management. Katie happens to be our favorite she always helps with any need that my grandfather needs.. We have a regular schedule with our caregiver, and everything is so simple. When I'm not home I can watch and make sure everything is okay, even though I'm at work!!

It was really hard for me to take care of my father after my mother passed away she was the only one who could take care of him and I have 3 kids so I couldn’t. Katie the Director wasa life saver! She really helped me a lot, sometimes just by being a most patient listener. My dad really enjoys the caregivers company since I can’t visit him as often. Thank you Access 360!

My wife and I are delighted with the caregiver we were matched with. Katie at the office was very attentive to our preferences and needs for our mom (in-law), who has always expressed wanting to be cared for in our home. My mother in law needs constant supervision to prevent her from falling. She matched us with a caregiver that quickly felt like family but with all the formalities of a business relationship. Punctual, always professional, attentive to appetite, temperament, challenges and progress. Access360 has been absolutely wonderful, the service is great and they have been very professional. The caregivers are nice to me and have given me no issues at all. Katie is always good to me and goes out of her way to help me with my dad which is nice since both of my children are currently attending college out of state and can’t help me anymore so it’s nice to have someone who actually helps me and shows me they care. It’s very reassuring knowing my dad is in great hands.

Andrea was a diamond! We will call Access 360 HomeCare for all our needs. I have already referred them to several friends. Katie was quick to respond and had us meeting the caregiver the next day. We have had 4 agencies in the Dallas area. Access 360 was excellent and the care plan Katie created was detailed to our exact requests. All I can say is “Wow”, this company is all heart and did exactly what they promised.
