It was okay. Will take some getting used to. I've seen worse. I think she may improve there.

It was my first visit to Accela. I was impressed with the warmth, professionalism and respect experienced with the Receptionist. The staff members I encountered moving through to the location of my loved one; as well as the nursing staff, were all very pleasant and welcoming!

All staff was pleasant with a smiles, especially lady at front desk & lady on the second floor dining room in the locked unit. My apologies not sure their names. Front desk area looked newly renovated with nice colors & decor. Second floor smelled clean linen cart well stock on the evening shift. Lady in dining area & Pierre were very knowledgeable when I asked a few questions. And when my Mom needed to use rest room & I asked were it was located. Pierre directed her to her room. And the lady wish I remembered her name🤦🏽‍♀️ she went to check on her. We had a good visit in the dining area mom was in good spirits laughing and have a good conversation. I felt a sigh of relief when leaving her for the evening. Thanks second floor staff.
