I contacted Absolute Heath when my father was diagnosed with an infection and needed IV antibiotics five times a day. They were able to have the private duty nurse come to the house for the infusions. All of the nurses were exceptional, extremely professional, and caring. My parents developed a very close relationship with all of them. We were so comfortable having them care for my father and this coming from a family that has 3 registered nurses. They made this experience so much easier and we are forever thankful. I highly recommend them in particular the nurses Claudia and Devona. They were exceptional. Shaleena the manager was also wonderful always available if I had questions or issues. This is an amazing company and I’m so happy that I found them.

When I first applied I heard the good and bad about this company but wanted to get my own experience I would say I had called out 2 or 4 hours in advance due to life things and catching a cold and I take ownership of that but really got me was of how Tiasha in the hr department dealt with the situation at hand and being very disrespectful and rude but at the same time I didn’t want to get the client sick due to me being sick because I’m the type of caregiver to treat my client as a family and friend and I didn’t have a mask to put on or received any supplies to help me do the job but my advice for future caregivers and caretakers is to do your research first.

Nothing is provided except clients for this company. No mileage, no gas reimbursement, no supplies. The schedulers schedules are super annoying and super confusing. Most responses are delayed. Communication is horrible. Only good enough to transition jobs but nothing worth keeping full time. They offer clients from Edgewater - Sanford but NO mileage provided for travel. Everyone is young and lack common decency and people skills. Also, the usage of the app is only for documentation and gps to clients. I have not had the best experience with this company and this was the only way for my opinion to be expressed.
