I've lived here almost a year and just love it. I'm still meeting neighbors and everyone is so nice. Also, the manager, Jenica, is so on top of things & always so helpful. (and nice) And our maintenance supervisor, Josh, is great. Really takes care of anything one needs & he's very nice, too. There are still neighbors here who have lived here over 16 years and I hope to also be one of the long-timers one day:)

Ok so in full disclosure, I don’t actually live at Silver Ridge yet, but am on the waiting list and can hardly wait to move! I’ve driven thru there a few times and the grounds are always beautiful with lush grass, mature trees and flowers. I have spoken to one resident who said she is very happy there. I do call from time to time and the manager, Jennica is always so nice! She never acts like I’m bothering her and has answered ever question I have with patience and kindness. I’ll be coming full circle back to Clovis where I was transferred with my job when I was only 18 years old. Can’t wait!!!!

I've been here for 8 years and I love it here! Jenica (the new manager) is great and has done a lot of improvements here 👍

The manager is never in her office or else left early. When my friend trimmed bushes for his neighbors and his own and the manager found out she threatened to evict my friend for doing that. She never would let the tenants use the rec room for tenant parties or celebrations. My friends apartment was filthy when he moved in stains on the carpets and floor he cleaned himself there were dishes and pots and pans left from the last tenant. Please do NOT allow any family member live there it’s filthy and mice and roaches all around.
