Met Some caring people working there especially night shift Austin, and Lisa Abels.The rehabilitation dept was very good with physical therapy , caring and very professional.

This place is awesome! We have had to use these facilities two times lately and both experiences have been wonderful! Our 95 and 91 year old parents spent 20 days each here and are now home, on their feet, able to care for themselves in our home. We couldn't be happier!

I love this place! I rehabbed for 2 straight years for both of my total knee replacements. After the first year, I determined that I wanted to return there after my second surgery. The medical staff were top notch, and showed concern for my situations. The floor nurses and CNAs were the absolute best. They went above and beyond in their abilities to handle any situation thrown at them. The therapists (my favorites) were familiar faces to me this year (plus one new one). They remembered me from the year before. They challenged me to try new things and established goals that I worked hard to achieve. When I felt like I wasn't ready to go home at a projected time, they extended my care for another week. I owe them all the credit in getting me where I am today. If you are considering Abingdon Health & Rehab for your rehab after surgery, I say don't worry...you will be in excellent hands.

My mother was a resident in the Memory Care Unit for nearly 3 years. She received excellent care and was treated with dignity and compassion. With very few exceptions, all staff members from all departments work hard to provide the best possible care to all residents. When I had concerns, they were quickly addressed by the unit manager, who always followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of. The therapy, activities, housekeeping, dietary, and administrative departments have all been wonderful to Mom and to me. The direct care staff cares deeply about all residents, and I am so thankful mom was able to spend her final years at this facility. It became home for her, and it feels like home for me, as well. Thank you all so very much. Keep up the great work. You're a true asset to our community!💜
