Young at Heart RCFE No.5 Inc. is a family-owned and operated, upscale Licensed Residential Care Facility for Seniors located between South Sacramento and Elk Grove, California. The residence sits in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and offers the comforts of home combined with hands-on care from a warm and friendly staff available 24 hours a day for assistance, companionship, and support.

Care is overseen by a highly trained Geriatric Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing who has specialized in Alzheimer's care, diabetes and insulin administration, and hospice care since 1985. Her approach emphasizes personalized, therapeutic care aimed at achieving comfort and happiness for each resident while allowing as much independence as possible.
