1 / 5Families describe Sacramento Post-Acute as a skilled nursing and rehab facility where physical and occupational therapy staff are frequently singled out for helping patients recover mobility after surgery, stroke, or joint replacement. Reviewers consistently praise the warmth of nurses, CNAs, and admissions staff, though a notable minority report serious lapses in medication timing, communication, and staffing levels. Overall sentiment is strongly positive, but the negative reviews describe consequential care gaps rather than minor complaints.

I have been visiting a friend staying at the Sacramento Post Acute facility. Every staff person I have passed by, asked a question of or needed something ftom have been very friendly and accommodating. Everyone always has a smile to give.
The only care concern is the delay of receiving medications in a timely manner. This is the second day she has not had her eye medication.
Parking is not easy to find. The parking lot is very small and I've noticed that staff uses it therfore leaving minimal if any spaces for visitors. Street parking is also not easy to find in part because of an apartment complex and staff.

Although I ultimately chose to return home, I want to thank the staff at Sacramento Post Acute for the care they provided during my recovery following spine surgery.

The nurses, CNAs, therapy staff, admissions team, and management were consistently professional, respectful, and attentive to my needs. Julie in Admissions was especially helpful throughout my stay and during the discharge process.

The staff listened to my concerns, worked with me regarding medications, and treated me with kindness and respect. When I made the decision to return home, they handled the process professionally and ensured I understood everything before leaving.

Recovery is a personal journey, and for me, being back in my own home with my support system and my pug, Jada Bug, was the right decision. That does not take away from the dedication and hard work of the people who cared for me while I was there.

Thank you to everyone at Sacramento Post Acute for your care and professionalism. I wish you all the best.”
-Jeff Watson

My husband is today coming home after 36 days in Sacramento Post-Acute Care. The physical and occupational therapists were wonderful, (scale of 1-10, a definite 10.) As other reviewers have stated, admission was well done, the nursing staff seemed to be overloaded. However they were all very friendly and helpful. And CNA Celly was always very helpful and on the spot. Some other CNAs were good, always friendly, However, there were times when the response to the call light was slow, more staff would, I believe be helpful. The Case Manager, Tze, was also very helpful and communicated well.
