They take really great care of my brother in law. He had 2 stokes and couldnt eat, talk or walk. He has improved so much in 4 months. Great staff and very friendly

Great rehab stay for Dad, above knee amputation recovery. City Creek Case worker Jean held family hand for all coordination. Excellent communication of care.
