Avoid this facility. My experience was defined by rude staff, total incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability from management. I was left waiting for an extended period with no answers to my questions. If they are this disrespectful to prospective families, I fear for how they treat their residents. Very poor management and questionable professional standards.

I would like to give a 10star review for this assisted living. There wasn't a moment that I was worried about the care of a loved one in Courtyards care. The administrator and caregivers were informative at all times, and he was always clean and happy for having Dementia. Please consider this building because they deserve all the recognition for their love, and kindness.

The administrator and caregivers were informative at all times, and he was always clean and happy for having Dementia. Magda and the staff at Courtyard Terrace are amazing! They were very supportive during my mom's transition into the home. They are very loving, fun, kind and I feel that my mom is in good hands there.

My father Stanley was a resident of Courtyard Terrace for several years and he was very happy there! He was able to walk around, sit in the courtyard, visit and flirt with the staff and experience some joy in the last few years of his life living with Alzheimer's disease. I have personally been in many, many memory care communities as a social worker and have found Courtyard Terrace to offer very kind and loving care to the residents. During this very challenging pandemic the staff has maintained good care and compassion. There is longevity of staff which is impressive. I believe the administrator Magda is an amazing leader and mentor. She and the staff were always very respectful, kind and supportive to my father and to my family. Sadly, my father passed away a few weeks ago and the support I was given by Alma, who gently washed my father's face and closed his eyes for me -- will always be tender in my heart. If I could, I would list the names of each staff who touched my heart by taking good care of my father. You are all amazing and have my sincere thanks and gratitude.
