Grand River Villa is an assisted living community conveniently located in West Sacramento, just minutes away from downtown. We have combined the familiar spaces of home with the care and socialization benefits of an assisted living community. Residents will recognize the comforts of home: a living room perfect for socialization, a cozy dining room to share meals with friends and family members and outdoor spaces alive with fruit and shade trees, nestled within a rose garden. We provide 24-hour non-medical care, medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, activities and meals. We offer private and shared suites.
