Young at Heart RCFE No. 4 Inc. is a family-owned and operated Licensed Residential Care Facility for Seniors located between South Sacramento and Elk Grove, California, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The community offers all the amenities of home along with the hands-on care of a warm and friendly staff who are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance, companionship, and support to residents.

Care is overseen by a highly trained Geriatric Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing who specializes in Alzheimer's care, diabetes management, insulin administration, and hospice care, with experience dating back to 1985. She is described as a compassionate caregiver who provides personalized and therapeutic care aimed at achieving comfort and happiness for each resident while supporting their independence.
