Young at Heart RCFE No. 2 Inc. is a family-owned and operated Licensed Residential Care Facility for Seniors, located between South Sacramento and Elk Grove, California. The community is situated in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood in Sacramento.

Residences are designed to offer the comforts of home along with hands-on care from a warm and friendly staff who are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance, companionship, and support to residents.

The facility is guided by a highly trained Geriatric Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing who specializes in Alzheimer's care, diabetes management, insulin administration, and hospice care, with experience dating back to 1985. Care is described as personalized and therapeutic, with a focus on achieving comfort and happiness while supporting residents' independence.
