Young at Heart RCFE No.1, Inc. is a family-owned and operated, upscale Licensed Residential Care Facility for Seniors situated between South Sacramento and Elk Grove, California. The community is set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Sacramento, offering residents the comforts of home along with attentive, hands-on support.

Care is provided by a staff available 24 hours a day to assist with daily needs, companionship, and support. The facility is led by a highly trained Geriatric Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing who has specialized in Alzheimer's care, diabetes management, insulin administration, and hospice care since 1985, focusing on personalized, therapeutic care aimed at comfort, happiness, and preserving residents' independence.
