XcelCare became family to my family at a time when we needed it so much. They truly cared about our situation from the start and went above and beyond to provide the care we needed for our loved one. I can’t say enough great things about the owner Pat and our care coordinator Inez. They both took such a personal interest in not only our loved one but they cared about the other family members well being as well. They are a team of professionals with a get it done approach and we’re able to provide services with very short notice. The care providerTina was excellent and truly cared about our loved one and the care that she provided for her.
