Staff was beyond rude and disorganized. They discharged a family member then called just to argue and be hateful with us. Will not go back.

I had a wonderful experience in the ER. Nurses Tracy, Shylan, Lexi, and Tara were all so kind, helpful, and attentive. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Provider Ben was great and explained everything well. The ladies in CT were<br>awesome as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!

Went there for a leg problem and bad nerves.. 6 hours sitting and waiting on records to come in.. was treated like a drug addict.. was admitted to Lewis gale in salem and neru team pretty much told me what was going on a couple days before going to wythe Co.. wythe co blew out my vein and told one of the nurses it wasn't right and she smacked it and said it was fine.. 2 hours later she came in with meds and had to redo the Iv in my other arm.. finally was given meds but was left 2 hours after it was given and was never checked on, only way having my nurse having a laugh fest at her desk.. I used to be an EMT and shock trauma and majored in science in college.. it's a sad world that we as patients have to learn how to diagnose and treat our selves.. by the way the doctors never put a hand on me.. just said he was going to wait for records
