They provided fantastic care for my father. Kaylee was one of his main nurses and would always reach out to me if something was going on. I couldn't have asked for a better facility or care team for my dad. I know he was at peace here until the end.

My 80 year old mother was a patient here for a couple months after having a stroke. They took the best care of her and got her well enough to return to her own home! Their physical therapy department is second to none! They worked hard with her every day to regain her strength and mobility. All of her nurses and aides were very attentive and caring towards her throughout her stay as well. Ms. Swinney does a fantastic job with fun and engaging activities for everyone….from arts and crafts to trout fishing, there’s even an annual car show for her residents! On Momma’s graduation day there were many prayers and well wishes sent with her, the ladies in dietary shared their famous meatloaf recipe and even the administrator Brian came out and hugged her neck. To the Grayson Gang, THANK YOU all for being who you are and for doing what you do so very well!!!

I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this facility. Every single employee here is here for the right reason. The CEO knows the names of the patients and is involved with them too. The rehab has helped my FIL tremendously!
