My wife was there for rehab and she has dementia and she was very rarely checked on. I never received updates or call backs. They sent her home no info on appointments and found out she had appointments without time to plan for the trip. The RN was rude and was never to be seen. She would lay in bed wet for hours and the nurse would say "she knows there's a button" She has dementia! The RN did not read her chart. They increased her depression medication without consulting me (her power of attorney). Was told she was walking and she was not! Not all staff is bad but the level of disrespect that was shown to me was aweful. The social worker "Shane" won't answer the phone or return calls! All they care about is taking your money until your out then they send you home. I would recommend you don't use this facility for rehab. Not sure about permanent residency but not good for rehab!
