The facilities were clean and the staff was engaged and caring towards the residents. I couldn’t believe they had a beauty parlor, chapel and a dining room (where staff served like a restaurant). I took a tour with their marketing Director Barb Sewell who knew the name of each resident we ran into and she even took the time to go above and beyond for them .

Holston Health & Rehab truly cares about the people they serve. The staff are patient, kind, and attentive. The building is clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It’s such a relief knowing my family is treated with dignity and respect.
