Hands down best nursing home in all of WV! I’ve seen a few and this facility is TOP NOTCH. Excellent staff who truly takes pride in caring for their residents. Everyone is treated like family.. staff and residents included. You couldn’t ask for better care. Facility is well maintained and exceptionally clean. I would rate this facility higher than 5 stars if I could!

My mother is was in this facility and she was sent home and couldn't even stand up. She had a cast on her leg from her groin down to her foot. She couldn't talk to me on the phone and when I asked how she was doing they act like they couldn't tell me anything about her. This is my mother and I have a right to ask about her. There's no law that says that the nurses can't tell a family member how someone is doing. It's not like I was asking if medical history or anything. I just want to know if she has been up walking and if she is eating good. The hospital didn't have any problems with telling me how she was doing. Your website says that you work with the families as well as the patients which is a lie. You don't care about the family of the patients.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this facility. They truly care about their residents and provide them with the best care possible. My grandma loved the staff and they loved her. Very pleased with her care.
