My mother stayed here. They were so shortstaffed that she said she rarely saw anyone, maybe once or twice a day they would check on her. And she had bed sores. They would set her food tray down and leave the room. Mom was unable to feed herself. When they came back to get the tray they would see it was untouched and would give her a couple bites. When they would change her, sometimes they would bump her head on the headboard, they did not apologize, they just kept going to get through it as quickly as possible, they rarely spoke to her. Mom said the place was like a dog kennel.

Prior to arriving I felt alone but I don't feel that way any longer due to amazing caregivers. I was greeted with a smile and caring staff. Nursing, the therapy department and housekeeping all provide the best care. I feel I have a family.

When I came to their facility I couldn’t move but now I’m walking again. I couldn’t ask for any better care than what I received there. They treat you with love and kindness.
