Right at Home was great as I was working for the clients I was given. I loved the people i worked for and done my best. The biggest issue I had was the Beckley office front desk lady. She was nice in the beginning until she became too comfortable and was flat out rude. I became pregnant and in my opinion it got worse from there, and was placed in homes i definitely shouldn’t have been in and the front desk lady did not respect it at all, and almost belittled my end decision. Over all 90% of clients I had complained about her and I was personally told she was rude to them as well. My many people who have worked through that office have came to me personally and told me how disgusting she was with her attitude. I think clients and caregivers shouldn’t have to go through the disrespect and stress from her. No “manager” should be in a place of mind to be so disrespectful. Neither should it be allowed.
