Wynnefield Place Apartments

Wynnefield Place Apartments is an affordable housing community in West Philadelphia that provides independent senior housing for residents ages 62 and older. The community features 48 one-bedroom apartments designed for low-income seniors.

The apartments are equipped with energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. A medical screening room is available for visiting doctors and health care workers to meet with residents.

Located near Fairmount Park, Philadelphia's largest municipal park, the community offers proximity to gardens, historic mansions, outdoor concerts and historic sites. The neighborhood also provides convenient access to shopping and dining options along Lancaster Avenue in nearby Overbrook Park.

Residents are welcome to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also permitted with notification to management. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
