What amazing, caring staff at Wyndridge! Eddie in the kitchen is so pleasant and fun, caring about the residents enjoying their meals. Bryan is so gentle and wants everyone to have an opportunity to participate in activities. Kayla & Rebecca are awesome. And words can’t express the appreciation we have for Jessica, Marilyn, Erica, Jordan, Brittney, & the other nurses & caregivers. Amy, too, has made the business side of things seamless. While the decision and need for permanent residency in a nursing home isn’t anyone’s dream, we are so thankful for compassionate care we’ve seen from all the Wyndridge staff.

If you love your family members do not bring them here. Residents do not have enough care. Theres retaliation to Residents who speak out. To my knowledge their currently under investigation.

The nurses do their best. They are understaffed horribly. The facility is depressing. Almost no cheerful colors throughout the building. It definitely needs a makeover.

My family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by Wyndridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossville, TN, for my father during the two months he was with them before his peaceful passing. As an ALS patient reliant on a ventilator and feeding tube, his condition was challenging, yet the staff at Wyndridge ensured he was always clean, comfortable, and bedsore-free. They meticulously managed his ventilator and feeding tube, keeping both well-maintained and hygienic. A special thank you to Steven and the respiratory therapists, whose kindness, knowledge, respect, and compassion made a profound difference. The nurses and entire staff were consistently professional, caring, and attentive, creating a supportive environment for my father and our family. We wholeheartedly recommend Wyndridge for their outstanding care and dedication.
