I love these apartments. The landscaping was very beautiful and the grounds were clean. The facility looked brand new. They must have an amazing maintenance crew. The staff were very professional and courteous. I recommend these apartments for whoever is looking for a well maintained place to stay.

Thank you to the full staff in the office the young ladies were so very helpful when I was looking for my mother’s apartment. Explaining the step by step process. When They were unsure if I qualified the manager was happy to come out and calculate my income with me. She was able to get approved and I look forward to my mother moving in.

DISHONEST STAFF WITH ZERO INTEGRITY!!!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this office. I inquired about income-based housing, and the staff assured me that they offered this program. Based on their confirmation, I went through the entire application process—submitting documents, paying fees, and waiting for approval—only to later find out that no such program existed. It became clear that they knew from the start that I wouldn’t qualify, yet they still encouraged me to apply, wasting my time and money in the process. When I confronted them about the misinformation, they were dismissive and provided no real explanation or resolution. One of the girls I had sole communication with completely denied telling me about the program when the manager asked her. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this office. If you’re looking for transparency and ethical business practices, look elsewhere. I wish I could give negative 5 stars!

I have been here since April 1,2024. I love it here. Everyone is so friendly. I love how the senior citizen interact with each other The Mgr is the best. She knows how to get you in and Fast. Management team goes over and beyond here. Wonderful amenities.
