This place is sad. They do not take care of the residents like they should, they violate HIPPA, and allow staff to degrade residents. Also, they double brief residents so they don't have to change them. I would never bring my loved one here again. The staff is lazy and the director and co-owner could care less because it is all about the mighty $.

The aids are wonderful! The food is so bad… my dad has lost 30 pounds in 3 months! He won’t eat it!

This use to be a really nice place, but recently it feels like it is going downhill and fast! The facility and staff used to be warm and welcoming, but we have noticed since April Rosa took over as director the place doesn't feel warm and welcoming. A lot of the doors are to be kept closed now, which it wasn't like that before she showed up. Along with that change, we have noticed staff turnover has increased which is a huge disappointment for us. Some key people are gone, and it is felt throughout the facility! Most of the employees are still nice and welcoming, but it seems like they are walking on eggshells.....like they are waiting to see who is let go next. It amazing what ONE Person can do to a place. I hope changes are made before it gets worse.
