Visited a relative here today. The place smells heavily of Urine throughout the hallways, in the room and the bathroom in his room. A general overall feeling of uncleanliness and unsanitary.

My step father lives here and I am his guardian. I do not like this nursing home. On the website and on the paperwork they send you it looks professional but they don't deliver what they advertise. They set up meetings for me because it's required by law but then they don't show up or they don't return my phone calls. The online payment portal seems to not work most of the time but no one fixes it. I ask for help no one returns the call or email. In fact, the emails bounce back often because who knows what is going on with the staffing problems. I would not recommend this place.

My mother was there for rehabilitation from a broken leg. We think the care and compassion were top notch except for 2 things: one day she did not get her pain meds for over an hour, leaving her in tears and unable to get anyone to come help her and the other thing is: she doesn’t eat pork. They kept serving her pork: sausage, ham several times, and she just couldn’t eat it for her protein! She told them multiple times too! I think staff communication could be better.

I'm going to provide a review that I should've left in 2016 when my mother was there for PT. I hope it is run better now. When I visited, it smelled like dirty diapers every day, The staff took a minimal of 20 minutes to respond to a request for help. My mother's laundry would be washed and be missing clothing constantly, and there were hardly any staff around most times. Personally, I always imagined running the facility myself to greatly improve it, but never had the opportunity. Again, I hope that it really improved since then. I'd never send a loved one there if it hadn't. The 1-star is based on the 2016 experience, not 2025.
