I had such a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers! The training process was incredibly thorough, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very beginning, you can tell that they truly care, not just about their clients, but about their caregivers too. The team takes the time to make sure you feel confident, prepared, and valued, which makes such a difference. Their compassion really shows in everything they do, and it creates such a positive and welcoming environment. I’m so grateful to be part of a company that puts so much heart into both their care and their people!

The training was very efficient and they made sure I understood everything we went over. The training is very hands on and memorable. Everyone has also been extremely nice as well!!!

I was extremely impressed with Comfort Keepers from my first telephone inquiry about their services. I spoke with Ashley who was very compassionate and relieved my fears about obtaining respite care for my husband. Ashley suggested Sarah might be a good fit for Ron and she was absolutely correct. Ron and Sarah hit it off right away. I feel completely confident about Sarah being Ron's caregiver. She is very compassionate and very knowledgeable about what it takes to be a good caregiver. Sarah goes above and beyond, even making a folder of all of Ron's interests, at her own expense, complete with questions to engage Ron. Sarah has become a welcome part of our family. She has even won the heart of our little puppy Lacy. Ashley has always been very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change a schedule and has always been more than willing to answer any questions I may have. Ron and I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone looking for help with their loved ones.
