Do Not send your love ones here, office will tell you lie after lie, doctor is a joke and they tell residents to pee and poop in diapers and then leave them in it, there are a few good people that work there but most do not give a rip , if you call state they never find anything wrong???Residents were drinking brown water for weeks State was called and found nothing who are they talking too? If they would talk to residents they would have told them, the building is clean but lights will be going off and staff on cell phones or no where to be found, alot of us have very few choices on where we can send loved ones but please talk to residents and do your research and i hope all staff that is responsible for the suffering these patients are going thru karma will eventually get you and hopefully you will end up in this place or one just like it!!! To all of the good staff thank you for all you do and bless you for having a good compassionate heart! SHAME ON THE REST OF YOU!

This place should not be open at all. My aunt had to be taking to the hospital after they neglected to watch her. She was having trouble breathing and gasping for air when her daughter showed up. EMT from the ambulance asked the night nurse what her vitals was she had no idea and they probably didnt even know what it is was or checked her vitals. My aunt has a wound on her chest that doesn't heal so they are supposed to take care of it. The nurse that take care of her wound must not know what the hell she's doing. Because it was badly infection in her wound. The hospital checked it for septis. I really hope these people take better care of their loved ones better then they do of the residents their. I just hope it's not to late for my Aunt. I would not take my dog to this place their to be taking care of. This place should be closed. My Aunt's condition should of never got that bad. They are very neglected. Someone needs to look in the care of residents their because apparently these people can't. Shame on all of you.
