The nursing staff of this facility, in 2017, was responsible for the death of my very close friend. Neglect and mistreatment caused her untimely death.

My Aunt was very well taken care of during her rehab here. The whole staff is very compassionate when it comes to their patients health and well being. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of her!!

My sister in law was placed in the hospice unit. Shared a bathroom with 4 patients. Was a fall risk . fell 9 times. No poting on her door that she was at risk. Facility is filthy. A dog pound is kept cleaner. Her roommate ask a worker for a bedpan her response was i dont have one. Left her. Came back to a terrible mess. Hospice patients need qality care at the end of time . i would rate a -100. My in law passed jan 4th. Bruised on the and mistreated. Please dont leave ANYONE in the hospice unit

They have taken excellent care of my grandparent. They are way under staffed but they are taking far better care of him than his first place. Nobody can ever take care of our loved ones as well as we think they should but these folks try. From getting him into the home to the care he gets.
