Pressed the call button on the gate to make a delivery for a friend. Met with resistance by a Karen who lied to me and I was rudely turned away. Tells me everything I need to know about management running this place. You'll be happier living elsewhere in Springfield.

l visited about 11:00 am sept 28... unannounced, the girl on the front desk ,although nice, pleasant, patient with me, she was not able to answer any of my questions, l had to wait for jennifer,,, didn't know where she was or when she would be back. she was very busy, l can understand no one there could answer my questions, but l did think could let me SEE a room, no ONLY jennifer , my problem now is if no can help as a potential customer how will l be treated if l move in. l went because so many told me how nice they are.. l m unsure about leaving my home anyway, this does not help. somebody get jennifer help. thank you
