I had right hand and elbow surgery to fix some damaged nerves by Dr. Shippert. We had an arrival time of 7:15 and were called back at 7:30. Every stage of the surgery was great. The people were friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well organized for the work that they are performing. I would highly recommend this team.

I came in and had a right hip replacement done. I have done rehab nursing for over 30 years. I would not let these people take care of my dog. They intentionally were drugging me so they wouldn't have to deal with me. I was supposed to be here for one overnight stay and it ended up being longer than that because of them drugging me. It's called chemical restraints. I was not able to keep my eyes open for longer than three minutes. As I had finally had enough and was leaving a case worker came in and told me I was demonstrating clear signs of a drug overdose. I will be filing a complaint with the state. I had a nurse kicking my feet trying to get me to move my feet. I was in extreme pain. They kept yelling at me saying " where is the person that is supposed to be with you" then one nurse got down in my face telling me that she was not gonna change my bed because her shift was over after she put me on a bed pan .and it over filled because I had to go so bad but you don't put someone on a bed pan that just had a hip replacement. I told her hey it over flowed and I'm sitting in pee and she got down in my face and said well you will have to turn your light on because I'm not gonna change you because my shift is over and I'm going home. They also didn't deliver me a meal because they said I was asleep, so they ate my meal. I have never been treated so disrespectful and so abused . I took care of Miss Jane Meyer's the lady who the rehab was named after she was my patient for many years and she loved me and the great care that I provided her each day. She would be ashamed of the nurses that you have working in there and their ethics. Chemical restraints, yelling at me kicking my feet trying to get me to move. Placing a gaitbelt around the underarms these nurses were so incompetent they didn't even know how to correctly put a gaitbelt on someone properly. Do not send your loved ones here you will regret it. I am filing a complaint with the state, tomorrow.

I had a hip replacement yesterday with Dr. C. Wester. The treatment I received from every single member of my care team from before surgery to the time I went home was absolutely amazing! All the nurses were so sweet. Dr. Wester’s demeanor made me feel like I was in perfect hands. 10/10 do not want to do this again but 10/10 would definitely want the same team if I have to!

11 calls, can't get past the main switchboard, they transfer me and the call loops back to the switchboard. I tell them this again and again and they just loop me back, again, and again, and again. The employees are so apathetic.
