If I could give less I would Kelly the admin is the worst person to have ever run this company, she will not give a conversation to a resident in private and would rather do public conversations, she has the worst beside manor of any person I have ever seen. The place itself is infested with roaches, mice, and bed bugs. The celiling is always leaking during rain that is due to poor maintance staff. The housekeeping is great but crazy understaffed and the laundry people particularly the morning staff person usually during the week is complete trash shes always rude. the activies people seem to always be stressed but try their best not to show it. the place always smells of pee or crap even after the cleaning is done. I know this only because I have visted there several times visiting family. Whom I have removed from the facility and refuse to take them or anyone back.

The new administrator and management have been doing an excellent job and I’ve seen so much progress the last few months! The facility is cleaner, it smells great, they are making improvements to the facility, the activities are engaging, and it is very clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents they serve.

As resident who lives here I must say Kelly and all the staff are always making sure we are care for I have not seen any bed bugs or mice or roaches since I been here but we do have 200ish residents from all walks of life it to be expected. I will say they do sprayaa every month. We are short staffed and the staff are over worked but they do their best. The only issue i see is the staff don't have access to the supplies they need. 1 pack of wipes per CNA per shift isn't enough plus it cross contamination. With that being said it not the home fault they have a budget they must stay in the fault is the government and fact everything is costly. I have no regrets making this my home
