Terrible place. Chuck DeWitt is a very demeaning, arrogant, smart-alec person. As a visitor, this place is extremely frustrating. The front desk lady with blonde hair has a sour annoyed face. She never looks happy. This place needs remodeled. I heard one lady SCREAMING at an employee. SERIOUSLY, do better!!! They have a banner posted outside that has five gold stars- but look at the google rating! It’s laughable, but I choose not to laugh because of the vulnerable elderly.

Disgusting, the odor alone should tell you to run! This is the bottom of the barrel. Do anything you can to keep your loved one out of this hell hole and if they are currently there do everything you can to remove them.

I have been in several nursing/pt & ot rehab/hospitals and this Spring Valley is by far the best. Wayne Martin (social worker) worked tirelessly and diligently to find me the care that I needed at home once Insurance said my time there was up. Roxy and Desmond (transportation) made sure I got to my appointments and back home safely. Amy (wound nurse), (Juliann, Tracy, Anita, Justin, Russell, and the other therapists) were fabulous and very supportive) Nurses Leah and Sandy were very kind. Shower aides Caitlyn and Nautica were super sweet and friendly. My CNAs and NAs were stupendous. Rosie, Rae, Kaitlyn, Cody, Ellie May, Dan, Erin, etc., you rocked! Caleb Sampson, you are my hero! Paige, I love you! Melissa D., you are a precious friend!
