Currently a resident here an i been here before and left for this reason even though I had nowhere to go idk how this program was before but it hasn’t been like that for awhile, it’s bad here staff do not respect, you have to rent once you start working you get the money back but they don’t help as much your case manager is only available to a certain extent, theres no structure boundaries for any of ya belongings you will an can get your things stolen and staff won’t do nothing about it just tell you there’s no proof or you don’t have to stay here, what the program portrays on the internet isn’t the same actually being there, do your research you can follow the handbook and still get in trouble even if you have a work schedule or have other important things to do. I will most likely be leaving again i don’t recommend this place to anyone, there should be some type of guidance an there isn’t, the staff will talk about you amongs themselves, an everyone is nosy tryna know your business, residents have left without say due to complaints without being resolved, last time I was here my things were stolen and my stuff was not in places I didn’t leave it at. Staff will not hear you out they will ignore you like you are crazy, an not try to make you feel better in the situation it’s sad honestly. Be safe and make sure you go to a shelter that actually wants to help you in all ways instead of making your situation worse, not a single person deserves the circumstances, so it’s foul how this program is plz don’t go I stay to myself dont bother any one do what I am told and it’s still an issue.
