We used Winter Growth for a 17-day respite. The staff were very professional and accessible during the registration and intake. Afterward, I had a few concerns I wanted to clarify that were never fully addressed, meaning that voicemails were not returned and requested documentation was not provided. If you use this facility and your loved one is cognitively aware, ensure that they not stay in the memory care unit.

Winter Growth has a long history of providing excellent services to the seniors in our community. Caregivers and participants both benefit tremendously from the care, support, education and love found at Winter Growth. As a caregiver, you get support and a break from the everyday challenges of being a full-time caregiver while you know your loved one is well cared for and is having fun in a safe environment.
