the PT/OT/ therapists were fabulous. They were able to give me my mobility back. From not being able to walk, they motivated me and planned extensive therapies 5 days a week until my discharge, when I was able to walk unassisted with my one point cane. The therapists used weights and lots of interesting props, kindness, and positive support. I recommend this therapy group. Steve

I used to rave about this community when my aunt lived in Independent Living. The overall services and experience there were wonderful. Unfortunately, things have been very different since she transitioned to the Health Center. The level of care has been extremely disappointing. It is often difficult to get assistance, and there are long waits before an aide responds. Staff frequently appear distracted, on their phones or talking among themselves while residents are waiting for help. We have raised these concerns with leadership but unfortunately nothing has improved. Luckily, the company is changing management and the current Administrator and Executive Director will be out soon. We are hopeful that the incoming leaders from Broadmead will bring much-needed changes to address these ongoing issues. We recently had the opportunity to meet with one of them, and the conversation was promising. This community does such a great job in Independent Living, so we truly hope the Health Center will soon reflect those same standards in the future.

The Residences of Vantage Point is a very nice community. There are residences from near and far living here and enjoying life. They have a friendly staff that is ready to step in to assist on a daily basis. Their Marketing department would be happy to welcome you to come in and visit the community.

This is a wonderful community! I have had the pleasure of associating with a few of the wonderful employees! They are caring, warm and wonderful all the time. The facilities are maintained beautifully, clean and welcoming to all who enter! Loved ones will be very happy here. I would highly recommend this for any loved ones! The decor is beautiful! They will instantly feel at home. They sure will enjoy the delicious food also!!

Vantage point is an excellent facility! Clean, friendly staff, and delicious meals. Shout out to Lisa who goes above and beyond and is always the nicest person! Thank you Vantage Point for making our loved ones feel at home. They’re in good hands!
