Alive Health Care services was a blessing to our family. They gave us peace of mind, especially with overnight care for our loved one. They were patient and kind and paid special attention to detail. All of the caregivers were competent, attentive, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to ensure our loved one's wellbeing at all times. There were no bad experiences, and we never had to doubt the choice we made to seek help from the company. During one of the most challenging times for my family, their team stepped in and provided a level of care for my mother that was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we connected with them, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to understand my mother’s unique needs and tailored their care to ensure she was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Every caregiver was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and empathetic, which brought so much comfort to our family. Diana and Steven of Alive Health Care work diligently to understand your ( or your loved one's) needs and match the appropriate person to provide that care. My 96 y.o. mother receives Care at home from 2 attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable care givers. Diana visits to do a "check up", discusses care needs with my mother, asks for additional input from me and makes ch972-0993 panges as required. If additional care is required Alive has ALWAYS been able to find someone to meet those needs. Every interaction I have with staff has been professional and helpful. I highly recommend Alive Health Care
