My mom lived at Winifred Manor for 10 years. It was perfect for her. Loving, quiet community, well maintained.

My mom is 80 and moved here in March 2020. The property is kept very clean and landscaped often. The property manager is very responsive and personally gets to know everyone of the residents. Sidewalks in the winter are cleaned quickly and safely. Very peaceful and quiet but close to many shopping options. Highly recommend.

This is a great community in which to live. Neighbors care about and help each other. Everyone is friendly. The Resident operated HOA is excellent. The HOA sponsors trips, cook outs, game days and other activities. Entire property is very well taken care of, clean and pofessionally maintained. My Wife and I moved here a year ago and we love it. This was the perfect move for us!
